About Us

Arrowhead • Gill Cattle is a high-production land operations company specializing in vegetation management, utility infrastructure support, fuel reduction, forestry mulching, wildland fire support, emergency response operations, and agricultural land services. Founded by Levi Gill and Hannah Gill, the company was built from years of experience working across heavy equipment, utility infrastructure, transportation, forestry, ranching, and wildland fire environments.

Those combined backgrounds continue to shape the way our team approaches projects today; practical, efficient, safety-focused, and built for demanding environments where reliable equipment, experienced operators, and strong communication matter.

With family roots dating back nearly 150 years in the Central California area, our connection to California land runs deep. Today, our operations extend far beyond the valley, supporting projects across utility corridors, forests, agricultural properties, mountain terrain, rangeland, wildfire mitigation operations, remote access environments, and government-related operations throughout California, the Western United States, and beyond.

What began years ago as a forestry-focused operation has evolved into a broader land operations company supported by experienced operators, equipment specialists, project support personnel, and field teams capable of supporting a wide range of vegetation management, utility, agricultural, emergency response, and infrastructure-related projects.

By combining high-horsepower forestry equipment, heavy equipment operations, and practical field experience, Arrowhead • Gill Cattle is able to efficiently support projects across demanding terrain, remote environments, and diverse operational conditions.
